Super Silver is more than just a jewelry store—it’s a California-grown story of ambition, mentorship, and a deep love for sterling silver.

I’m Jacki, the proud owner of Super Silver. I started working at the downtown Santa Cruz store when I was just 15 years old. I immediately fell in love with the business and was determined to make it my future. My ambition led me to transition to independent studies in my senior year of high school, allowing me to run the store full-time.

In 2003, at just 20 years old, I took a life-changing leap and purchased the Santa Cruz location. That moment marked the beginning of my journey as a business owner and set the foundation for everything that followed.

A big part of that foundation was the guidance and support of George Homer, the founder of the original Super Silver store in Capitola Village. George was more than a boss-he was a mentor who taught me everything about the business and pushed me to dream bigger, work harder, and follow through. I’m proud to continue his legacy and grateful for the role he played in shaping mine.

Since then, I’ve expanded Super Silver into multiple locations throughout California, including stores in Santa Cruz, Sacramento, and, of course, Capitola Village—the charming original shop that started it all in the mid-1990s. I’ve also had the privilege of helping launch other Super Silver stores across state lines alongside George, spreading the spirit of our brand even further.
